Plumber Service Montreal provides residential and commercial plumbing installation and repair services in Montreal and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

• Bath & shower installation, toilet and bidet installation
• Sink and faucet installation, dishwasher installation
• Water heater and water filter installation
• Water line and drain installation
• Sump pump and outdoor tap installation
• Repair services for toilets, boilers, leaking pipes, clogged drains
• Faucet repair, frozen pipe repair, sewer backup repair
• Shower cartridge replacement

All quotes provided, whether online, by phone, or in person, are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work discovered on-site, parts required, or unforeseen complications.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• E-Transfer
• Cash

Unpaid invoices may be subject to interest charges and/or collection action.

We stand behind our work. Plumber Service Montreal offers a warranty on labor for services performed, covering defects in workmanship.

• Warranty covers defects in workmanship only
• Does NOT cover damage from misuse or third-party interference
• Does NOT cover pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear
• Manufacturer warranties on parts are separate and subject to manufacturer terms

Plumber Service Montreal is a licensed plumbing contractor operating in the Province of Quebec and carries full liability insurance.

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Disclosing any known issues (prior repairs, hazardous materials, structural concerns)
• Ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work zone during service

Emergency service requests may be subject to additional after-hours or urgent-response fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumber Service Montreal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services, except where such damages result from our proven negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
